One minor downside was that the air conditioning in my room wasn't quite working. Considering the excellent value for money and the overall positive experience, I would still recommend the hotel.
Nobody came in the end and I was told while checking out that they were sorry and have flagged my account incase I ever stay again. Overall nice hotel but for the price you’d expect a higher standard
I won’t stay anywhere else when coming to Brum….i mean what more do you want other than a clean, quiet room to enable a super restful night followed by a great brekky?!?
Some good places to visit such as the trampoline Park and crazy golf, but the main atrium feels soulless and empty. This place has so much potential as an entertainment hub but always feels somewhat lacking. I hear that it is a pelo-go spot at night but we always visit in the daytime.
Lovely stay for a special occasion made personal by the hotel by a personalised gift on arrival. The room was lovely, modern, well kept and comfortable. It was a high floor with great views through the floor to ceiling windows. The lounge was great with a nice range of canapé especialmentes during certain times. The Turkish lady (Nevine?) who was looking after us in the lounge was brilliant, understood our dietary needs and approached us on entry to inform us of what food met our need. She even came to ask us if we wanted to change settings for a better view from the 23rd floor when it was available.
On roulette and blackjack didn't play so much, but from what I sow you Watch it by cameras ok, but is a supervisor near your table sometime watching you like u are still it something and usually play is 5 -10£ / hand on blackjack
No notices anywhere in the spa or room. I spoke to the hotel duty manager whose response was to say the spa is run by another company and it’s a free added Em excesso. He said I should have read the email my husband received after checking in.
Came here for a wind down after a stag do as it was close to our hotel. Found the staff to be a bit over the top regarding me showing ID and after calling the manager we were finally allowed in. Had a few drinks and won a few quid so all was well in the end.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, the shower was amazing! The staff are all 5 star, I attended with my daughter and she was treated with such care and attention. Especially the breakfast staff, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching the game and loved the atmosphere. The views were great regardless of where you were seated. I'd love to go and watch a game here again!
Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and slept well, not hearing any noise from other rooms or guests. I had breakfast here. It was nice and a great selection of cooked and continental options.
The suites are located seis min by walk from the railway station, super central with a lot of amenities around.
Upon entry I created a membership and filled out the form using a branded Genting pen which I decided to keep (lol) The desk staff were friendly but serious - this is where I Sheffield casino was then told I could claim a free £10 - yipeeeee - I made my way to the bar when I was greeted by John the Barman - where when showing him my newly created membership card -received 10% of my bill- John was efficient and friendly and then as I was walking round the tables staff advised me on roulette tables where I decided to play with the dealer - communication was clear and easy to understand the rules and minimum bets upon that table - when WON I decided that table was not for me - overall I had a fantastic time and look forward to finding out more unlock-able benefits my membership brings !
